Step 1 Project Development
We start by getting to know you.
You submit our New Project Form
We review and then connect with you to discuss your vision, budget and goals.
We provide a ballpark number for the project you have in mind.
If the ballpark sounds good and you don't yet have plans, we connect you with a trusted designer or architect. We stay involved throughout the planning stage to ensure your design aligns with your budget.
If you already have plans, you can send them our way for the next step.
Step 2 Proposal & Contract
Once your plans are finalized, we prepare a detailed cost-to-build estimate with line-by-line pricing for labor, materials, and management.
We walk you through the numbers.
If it aligns with your goals and budget, we move forward with a contract.
A retainer is collected to officially kick off the next phase.
Step 3 Pre-Construction
We plan every detail before building ever begins:
Review construction drawings
Meet with trades
Brerak down scopes for each trade
Meet with you
Finalize selctions
Collect bids
Materials takeoffs and quotes
Finalize budget
Collect construction deposit
Step 4 Construction
During construction, we handle:
Trade coordination and scheduling
Purchase orders and material handling
Budget tracking and variance reporting
Invoicing and lien waivers
Inspections and quality controls
On-site meetings and client updates
Plan reviews and adjustments
Change Orders, as needed
Step 5 Post-Construction
We don't just walk away after the final inspection. We stay involved to ensure everything is wrapped up and working as promised. Final wrap-up includes:
Completing the punch list
Handling warranty items
Final billing and project closeout
