What we do
We build homes! Our role as General Contractor is to oversee and manage the entire building project from initial concept to post-construction. This includes planning, execution and completion. We work directly with and on behalf of homeowners while collaborating and coordinating with architects, designers, tradespeople and suppliers to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and to code.​​​​

We translate drawings, ideas, and goals into a step-by-step construction plan that defines exactly what’s being built, what’s included, and how it will be executed. We put emphasis into the order of operations to reduce delays and stay one step ahead.

Build the Right Team
We assemble a team of trusted trade professionals for every job and ensure all subcontractors are licensed, insured, and properly scheduled. We no longer self-perform the labor; we bring in the best for each task.

Manage Budget + Timeline
Our simple open-book pricing format is laid out in our proposal and contract so there are no surprises along the way. Within our project management software, we meticulously track costs and schedules. Our clients receive copies of every bill and receipt in our detailed progress payment reports. We always know where we are over or under budget. We also create and manage a construction timeline so work happens in the right order. ​
​Coordinate Communication
Kevan serves as the main point of contact between homeowners, designers, trades, engineers, and inspectors—streamlining questions, decisions, and updates. He is the hub, so clients don’t have to chase down answers.
Handle Inspections and Compliance
We take care of all inspections and ensure the work is done to code. We also handle job site logistics like access, deliveries, and safety.
Problem-Solve + Decision Support
No project is without surprises. We troubleshoot issues, present options, and guide decisions with a calm, experienced perspective. We keep momentum—even when things shift.
