Salish Road Project
This 1987 manufactured home in Birch Bay Village received a full, economical remodel with finishes designed to match its value while modernizing every corner. We completely gutted the home: removed rot and mold, repiped with PEX, installed new underbelly insulation, and put on a brand-new roof. New porches, doors, interior trim, flooring, and lighting refreshed the space, while landscaping and exterior updates enhanced curb appeal.
The kitchen now features semi-custom cabinetry with quartz countertops and backsplash, plus all-new appliances. Two updated bathrooms include tub inserts, vanities, and modern fixtures. The home was thoughtfully redesigned with an organic Pacific Northwest-inspired aesthetic to complement the tranquility of Birch Bay Village.
